Description of Services

Crouse RFG FlowCo provides professional computer systems design and related services, including but not limited to systems architecture and design, cloud infrastructure consulting, systems integration, network engineering, cybersecurity assessments, and managed IT services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement, which shall be governed by and incorporated into these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Crouse Rfg Flowco Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Crouse Rfg Flowco Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

With respect to custom deliverables created during a professional engagement, ownership and license terms will be specified in the applicable Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of all pre-existing materials, tools, methodologies, and frameworks used in delivering our services.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty days notice prior to the new terms taking effect by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
